I hope by now you’ve seen a lot of information to support that I’m a very focused, driven and determined individual and this has allowed me to accelerate myself during my career. During the early days of my employment I use to deliver papers after school on a Friday evening, shortly after I passed my driving test I took a job at Drayton Manor and in the evening my local Co Op supermarket
During my time at University I worked at the Co Op and at my father’s Pressure Die Casting company called TWM Die Tools. Not long after I accepted a position at Protomold were I excelled at speaking to customers regarding their quotes design for an Injection Molding tool. I was head hunted by Concurrent Engineering to become an Application Engineer within their team, as I was always looking to travel around the UK and advance myself into better positions I take the job. I served a great four and a half years under Concurrent Engineer were I had the chance to travel to Ireland probably twice a month, travel the UK delivering webinars, seminars, training and consultancy. But the best part of this was delivering presentations to audiences over 100 people who contained people like Rolls Royce, BAE, EADS and various other Aerospace and Automotive customers. Concurrent Engineering also gave me the key fundamental elements for running a business from Marketing, Sales Piping lining Process, Accounts and how to expand from a three person company to 25 people.
This chapter of my life changed again as I was head hunted again by a very well-known brand called TATA, the owners of Jaguar and Land Rover, Corus Steel, Tetley and British Salt. I was approached by the technology company to which I was asked to join and build there Autodesk Software department. To which I accepted due to the security of a larger company, corporate benefits and challenge to build a department from the ground up and be involved again with all areas of the business and actually to my surprise educate improve their existing process, products and employees.
